Okay, so I've been filling in at the day care for the past two weeks. Here is one major thing I can say after 8 hours in the infant room:

Don't have big families unless you're sure you have many people around to help you care for all of them.
Realize that you pretty much don't have a life for the first year of your child's life. And that even after the first year, it doesn't necessarily get easier.
Basically, I learned that I don't really need medication to stop me from havin' babies. All I need to do is work in a day care. Birth control. Right there.

I start summer camp with my 2nd grade class on June 1st.. I get next week to set up my classroom in any way I want. w00t. =)

This thread will be updated with various entries about my life as a full time teacherrr for the summer. =P

The other day I was getting ready to leave.. and I said goodbye to one of the 2 year olds, Eli. This was his response:

Oh good gravy thank you for Memorial Day weekend.. I needed a three day break from the day care so very much. I'm far more refreshed and awake.. and today! I got my nails done at the salon with my friend and my mom. Tomorrow I'm planning on doing massive laundry and room cleaning.. please keep your fingers crossed that I can really get going on it.. my mom's planning on having us have a yard sale in the next month to clean out our house nicely.. my room sure needs it.. phew.

Anywho.. I figure I'd let this post be short so I can keep my energies going to post everywhere I need to. =P Love yous.

Zomg. We decided to go from one cable/phone/internet provider to another.. and I have been without interwebs for two days because they couldn't get it working. Insert sad face here. But I have returned! =)

Wow I can't keep a diary anywhere, can I? Sorry I haven't really been updating.. five days a week of getting paid to play monopoly, go on the play ground, and joke with 7-13 year olds. It's a pretty cushy job.. but it's not all that exciting. I need a nice weekend soon though.. I'm getting tired of the monotony. Need a partay or something. I got the moneys now, man. =P Monday's payday number 2. kaching for already having 1,000 bucks in the bank for just about a month of work.
