"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the World"
CJ stood as still as a statue admiring the clearing. He was unsure of how long he'd stood there, he didn't watch time carefully he simply waited for dusk, when he could finally see Indie. He'd arrived at the clearing in daylight, clouds shadowing the clearing. He took his usual position in the center of the large field, and waited. He liked the clearing, it reminded him of the field where he used to ride his horse King back when... he was human. The field where he had changed, where King- his true and only friend tried to save him. This is why he is what he is now, and not dead. King had distracted the vampire enough to cause it to hunt him down instead. He looked down, if tears could fall from his eyes they would. He wandered about alone for years, hating his existence, all he wanted was to be back there, to have never taken King out that night, maybe that would have caused a happier ending for King. "Never dwell on the past" he muttered to himself. Dusk was beginning the fall, the field which had been darkened by the shadows from the cloudy sky above darkened. The large tree's swaying under a breeze, loose leaves dislodging themselves fromt he branches and falling downwards to Earth. He watched each leaf as it fell, its intricate details of veins and molecules, swirling and dancing with the wind, like a carefully chereographed dance piece. He smiled to himself, as the wind finally overpowered the leaf causing it to come back to down Earth. "All good things must come to and end...". He thought about his statement a little more, realising that it was not totally true. The reason he was here would never end, the reason he no longer hated his existence or the reason he no longer felt alone... this would never change. Indie. His heart welled at the thought of her, she was perfect. Inside and out. She was the female counter part to him. Yet for that reason of being it didn't mean it stopped them arguing, sometimes their personalities had a tendency to crash, causing an erruption of emotions. But that was just Indie and His relationship. Where was the fun if it ran smoothly all the time? Her long dark hair shaping around her perfect pale face, cascading down her shoulders. Her schulptured cheekbones, perfectly shaped eyebrows, delicate nose and soft lips. He sighed. "How can one person be so perfect!. He thought of her and chuckled to himself, she was only small compared to him, but this never stopped her trying to out wit him or wrestle him. "I wish i could spend every waking moment with her," He murmered to himself. "Yet i have to wait until darkness...". He understood why they had to wait until darkness and meet so far from town. She really was perfect, she did not eat humans. She was a vegetarian vampire. "I on the other hand, did not make this lifestyle choice from the start," he cursed. It would never have been easy to live on a diet of animal blood, the temptation was always there. Yet if he'd known about Indie, and that if he lived on animal blood he could spend every waking moment with her. Which would be alot since they didn't sleep. He chuckled again at this thought. He missed her so much when she went to the highschool in the day time, dusk to daybreak just did not seem enough to him. But he couldn't be trusted around humans, due to his eating habits. "Its not like i even really like eating humans, its just what i've always ate, im not like other vampires and enjoy playing with my food. i make it as painless as possible for them,". He sighed again. Maybe one day with enough persuasive from Indie and enough willpower, i would be able to live on animal blood and spend every moment with her- instead of spending my days out here watching leaves. Rain began to fall from the heavens, firstly he looked down at himself, it seemed in his rush to see Indie he'd forgotten to put his shirt on from where it had been drying on a tree. He felt the rain, yet he would never feel cold, it was quite a refreshing feeling, even when a leaf that had been plucked from its branch on the big tree's surrounding him landed on his bare wet chest sticking to him like a sticker. He looked up laughing. "Its a good job i have waterproof hair wax on!" He chuckled to himself, wondering what witty remark Indie would have come up with if she'd have been there. It shouldn't be took long now, instead of standing still like a statue, he looked left, looked right, no-one was about. He leapt and spun, running and flipping, and dancing, laughing in exubarence. The thought of seeing Indie always made him feel this way, but if she knew this, and witnessed this, she'd never let him live it down, he thought, yet again chuckling to himself. Trees whizzed by way too fast. Actually, no. They fell back so fast that it seemed like they were the ones moving, jumping out of her way so that she could have a clear path to get exactly where she was heading in the least amount of time. They had, by now, learned the daily routine and knew not to bother Indie on her way to the clearing.
Within a couple hundred meters of the clearing- a relatively short distance for a vampire- she slowed and then stopped, if only to make him wait that much longer. The wind was in her favor, and she caught CJ’s scent almost immediately. Of course he’d be waiting for her; he always was. She was almost surprised he hadn’t yet attempted to track her back to her apartment just to spend that much more time with her; the difference in distance from the school to her apartment and the school and the clearing were sufficiently noticeable. Of course, she knew why he’d never attempted this feat. She knew from just looking at his eyes. Her apartment was near humans, and he didn’t want to take the risk.
“Stupid non-vegetarian diet.” Whatever higher-being was in charge of deciding a vampire’s willpower to resist the stench of human blood currently found himself cursed a thousand times over. She’d tried. Oh, she’d tried on numerous occasions to convince him to let it go, to convert to a diet of animals only found in the forests. But he’d been doing it for far too long to just be able to switch based on a few pleas; it wasn’t that easy, unfortunately.
Indie shook her head, effectively running that train of thought right off track. She gave a silent huff, and then crept toward the edge of the clearing, where she found that CJ had his back to her. Not only that, but he was also doing a serious of acrobatics worthy of a gymnast. Biting her lip to hold back a fit of giggles, she took a couple of steps into the clearing. The wind, thankfully, was still in her favor.
“You’re so weird.” she declared, crossing her arms over her chest. She would much rather have wrapped her arms around his neck, but seeing as he refused to sit still, she’d have to wait.
Free from the thick canopy that engrossed most of the Olympian Peninsula, the vampire noticed for the first time that it was raining, and raining quite heavily at that. She looked up for a second to glare at the dreary grey sky before her gaze once again fell on CJ. Golden irises took in the sight of him, from his damp hair that still managed to look like it did when it was dry all the way down to his toes. The leaf stuck to his bare chest- or the fact that his chest was bare, for that matter- did not go unnoticed. She made her way toward him, and upon getting close enough she peeled the leaf off of his skin. The orange leaf spun as she rolled it by its stem between her fingers, and after a quarter of a second of examining the veins of the leaf, she discarded it over her shoulder.
“Do you purposely go out of your way to try and make me think you’re not right in the head, or are you just naturally that childish?” A smirk had some time ago arisen on her lips, and now it simply refused to go away. “Because you honestly do seem at times to have the attention span of a four-year-old. And as I’m sure you know, you’re older than me. I find it odd that I’m more able to focus on something than you are.”

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the World"
“You’re so weird.” . A voice rang out across the clearing. He froze, coming crashing back to Earth, yet landing nimbly on the tips of his toes. “Ah shoot!" he cursed. Damning his vampire senses for failing him and being focused on that blastered leaf. “I bet spider mans tingly spidey senses wouldn't have let him down like this, way to go Vampire senses. He murmured knowing she'd hear. He was still turned away from her when a smirk appeared on his face. “ Yeah well i can't have everything i suppose, what with these incredible good looks. i've got to give spiderman and everyone else a chance,". Chuckling he gestured downwards a his toned naked torso, he knew it annoyed her when his ego came into play. Even more of the reason to do it. Though he knew this comment would have probably made her want to eat him, she hated pig headedness. The amount of rants she had regarding George Bush, many a times he'd been debating going an eating him just to end the torturous rants about him he'd received. He was amused to see that her eyes were locked on his torso, chuckling to himself louder this time. “Likin' what you see sunshine!". He winked at her. “Sorry though i'm taken bacon, i wouldn't wait around, my mistress may arrive and beat you to death with a stick. She's a real slave driver!". The twinkle reappearing in his eyes, daring her to responde. He loved nothing more than tormenting her. She moved closer to him, her hair blowing in the breeze. She reached over plucking the stray leaf that was stuck on his bare chest. Tingles ran up and down his body at her touch. Do you purposely go out of your way to try and make me think you’re not right in the head, or are you just naturally that childish?”. She had said, a smirk tried to display itself on his face, yet he concealed it, looking around mischeviously. "Seriously you might want to run, the slave driver will be here anymoment... she want be happy with you touching the mechanadice... don't touch what you can't afford and all that!". His red eyes gleaming in happiness and jest. He wanted nothing more at this moment than to wrap his arms around her, not waste what little time they had. But he could never resist this, joking with her, it made him simply want her more, she was totally irresistible to him. A moan slipped through his lips, before his lips slammed onto hers. "i guess we'll have to face this evil, cruel, slave mistress together!". Breaking away from her face, he back flipped in a full 360 degree's before pouncing on her playfully, seeing how many kisses he could plant on her body before she attempted to wound him, which by his judegements could be anytime soon. posting with: Indie (L) wordcount: 513 notes: it was perfect hope this is ok, having to type quiet due to death by parents if heard. The fact that she caught him sent a rush of pride through her veins; it wasn’t often that she caught him acting like a total goof unless he was doing it purposely for her entertainment. Though, that pride manifested itself to the sole task of becoming annoyance when he went on to claim that he needed to give Spiderman and everyone else a chance, what with the fact that they couldn’t compete with his good looks, so he couldn’t have everything. Only he didn’t say it in quite that many words.
She could almost feel the veins near her temple pulsing like they did when she was a human as she bit down on her back teeth. Obviously, she’d yet to train him into being the perfect boyfriend/ mate/ whatever it was that he felt like being called; he knew for a fact that she didn’t like it when his ego showed. “Christopher James,” she ground out. Before she could add an “If you don’t stop right now I’ll” to the end of his name, he interrupted her with another chuckle. “Likin’ what you see sunshine?” The question distracted her from her train of thought, and a puzzled look washed over her features. Oh, she’d been staring. Right. By the way that he winked, it was quite apparent that CJ didn’t mind in the least.
With a huff, Indie reached up and prodded him in the forehead with her index finger. “Oh, so if you’re taken, what am I doing here?” Rather than get mad, she decided to play along. “And beat me to death with a stick? What, is she a human? No teeth to help rip me apart? I mean, a stick wouldn’t really hurt me all that much.” Shrugging, she was about to let it drop. He made the mistake of continuing to try and prod at her, to push her buttons just the right way to earn a reaction. It worked.
“‘Don’t touch what you can’t afford?’” she quoted, an eyebrow arching as she inspected just how much he was enjoying this. Far too much for her liking, that’s for sure. The gleam in his red eyes read nothing but sheer unadulterated amusement. The little vampire decided that she’d have to do something about that. Before she could begin formulating a course of attack, he found yet another way to distract her. For a minute she forgot that she’d been about to bite him; his kisses usually had a way of doing that to her already easily distracted brain. Damn him for being able to get out of the dog house.
“I guess we’ll have to face this evil, cruel slave mistress together.” CJ took advantage of the fact that her mind was still a little hazy and got behind her- how, she would never know- and proceeded to pounce on her, kissing any patch of skin he could reach. Or at least that seemed to be his plan. The first pounce almost knocked her off her feet, because even though she was a vampire just as much as he was, he had the advantage of being nearly a foot taller on his side. She regained her footing, and waited.
For a minute, she just stood there and took it, a coy grin working its way onto her features as her eyes carefully followed his every move. When he started to drop from another pounce, she sprung, knocking the two of them to the ground with her on top. Palms flat on his chest, Indie leaned down until her face hovered millimeters above his, hair falling over her shoulder to form a sort of wet curtain. “You,” she growled, “are so absolutely annoying.” She sighed, letting her eyelids slip half shut. Bringing one hand up, she trailed her index finger along his jaw line, turning his head a little to one side by pressing along said jaw line. Her lips found the hollow just below where his ear met his jaw. The thought of biting him and then walking away flitted through her mind, but she dispelled it. He’d only follow her until she got too close to town, and then he’d probably just scoop her up and complain that she almost made him attack a human. “Why do I put up with you when you drive me insane?”

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the World"
"Christopher James . He laughed out loud, she only called him his full name when he was in deep deep trouble. He knew he wouldn't stay in badbooks for long. The kiss he had planted on her lips seemed to have erased all ill feeling caused by the comments about spiderman/george "the pigheaded" bush and his ego. He was shocked that she was staying still through this onslaught of kisses, usually she would have tried to ruin his perfectly styled hair in which he would have ran from her at the speed of light darting around the clearing like cat and mouse to avoid this torture. But today she stayed still, her face a blank slate slowely filling out with a grin. He bent down ready to pounce on her, before he even had time to blink he was on the ground, her lying on top of him, her hands resting on his wet chest, her fingers tracing his jaw line and she gently placed a kiss in the hollow of his throat. He groaned. He noticed that his breathing was ragged, yet he didn't even need to breathe, this was just embarresing. "You,"she growled, “are so absolutely annoying. Why do I put up with you when you drive me insane?”. "Darn, my spidey senses really aren't working today. maybe i'm ill! maybe i'm going to just drop dead, and the last thing you'll have ever said to me was insulting. How would you live you yourself!. He growled at her playfully. He was fully aware that he couldn't get ill, let alone die. The only way he could seise to exist was if Indie finally had enough of him and decided to rip him up and burn the pieces. He sighed. "I don't know why you put up with me, you could do sooooo much better. He looked down, only half teasing now, part of him was being serious and he knew she'd realise this. It wasn't often that he exposed his vunerable nature to her. " I'm sure one of the Cullen boys would be much better suited". He sighed deeply again, knowing he would never be as perfect as them, yet somehow Indie had still picked him. There was no point wasting what little time they had with insecure worries. He dragged his gaze away from her liquid gold eyes, looking past her into the sky. Rain was still falling heavily on them the ground around them turning to slush. "Maybe we should go back to mine... for shelter of course. I wouldn't want your pretty clothes to get ruined, we should wash them and hang them to dry immediatly,". He chuckled to himself, wondering if she would catch on to the suggestion. He didn't live in an apartment as such, deep in the woods there was an abandoned house that was "haunted" according to the local people. It wasn't haunted it was simply a family of vampires had once lived there, and when people began to investigate of course they disapeered one by one. No remains found. No-one ever came around there anymore, it was done up simplistically, with stuff Indie had found around Forks and decided to bring home for him. "Not that i want to see you without your clothes on or anything, give a poor guy a chance, eternal damnation as a cannibal vampire, but BLIND as well!?". He wrapped his strong arms around her, showing her that he wasn't being serious and he wanted nothing more than to be close to her. Bracing himself, he launched them both upwards, landing yet again nimbly on his feet, with Indie still in his arms, it made him chuckle how high off the ground Indie's feet actually were. He postitioned her so she had her legs wrapped around his naked torso, and moved her hands so they were hanging around his neck. He placed his hands on the small of her back, pressing her closer to him. He lowered his face into her hair and murmered. "Do you have any idea how much i missed you today?". He felt the need to try and make her feel guilty; make her think that he was ill and could drop dead at any second with her last remark to him being “insulting.” Though, to Indie the comment hadn’t been insulting, but more of a simple statement of the truth… that had happened to come out sounding angry. She gave an innocent little smile, cocking her head to one side, and said, “I’d live with myself just the way I did before you came along, except possibly moodier because I’d know what I was missing.” Her eyes narrowed thoughtfully as she inspected him, noting the changes that occurred over the simple space of a few seconds: is playful growl transformed itself into an unsettling sigh, and he looked down, away from her, something he only did when something was bothering him.
No pestering or whining was required to get him to tell her what was on his mind; he just came right out and said it. “I don’t know why you put up with me; you could do so much better. I’m sure one of the Cullen boys would be much better suited.” The little filing system in her brain that told her what was and was not acceptable in certain situations started its yearly five minute break right then. A true growl bubbled up in the back of her throat and passed through her clenched teeth and frowning lips. “CJ,” she started, the last bit of patience that she clung to sounding stretched. “CJ, how many times do I have to tell you? I’m not interested in any of the Cullens, and even if I were, they’re all taken. If they weren’t, it doesn’t matter; I’d never choose anyone but you.” At times like this, she’d rather deal with his ego than his self-doubt.
His joke-cracking indicated that he was, at least for the moment, back to normal. Indie frowned, sitting up and taking her hands off his chest. She pulled the sleeve of her hoodie down to her knuckles, turning her closed hand this way and that to inspect the material. Admittedly, it was on the verge of being considered soaked through, but she grinned down at CJ none the less. “Sweetie, I’m not sure if you’ve heard: cotton and denim aren’t ruined if they get wet. Sorry about your luck.” They were vampires for crying out loud! They’d been designed to withstand the elements and illness, and shelter was unnecessary. That comment- or innuendo, if technicality gained any merit- proved for a fact that his mind currently found itself occupying the gutter.
As CJ wrapped his arms around her, pulling her back down against his chest, she sighed. “You’re just like every other male on the planet.” she whined, poking him in the chest. “You have sex or naked women on the brain every seven seconds.”
“Show off,” she mumbled as he managed to bounce back to his feet without disturbing her. Only a vampire… His chuckling caught her off guard, and she frowned at him. “Don’t laugh because I’m vertically challenged!” She allowed herself to be repositioned like a mannequin or something of the like, with limbs being moved for her until they were the way he wanted them. Of course, that happened to be with her legs wrapped around his waist and arms snaked around his neck, but hey, she wasn’t complaining. Especially not if it meant that she got to enjoy the constant pressure of his hands pressed against the small of her back and the feel of his chest rising and falling against hers.
Indie buried her face in the crook of his neck, hiding her impish grin from his sight. “Yeah, I think I have a fairly accurate idea.” She nipped at the jointure of his shoulder and neck, trying to remind him that she was here now and there was no need to miss her for another, oh, twelve hours or so.

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the World"
“CJ...CJ, how many times do I have to tell you? I’m not interested in any of the Cullens, and even if I were, they’re all taken. If they weren’t, it doesn’t matter; I’d never choose anyone but you..." .She'd said, he couldn't quite meet her gaze. He didn't like showing his insecurities, not even to Indie, he'd exposed himself enough tonight, both physically and emotionally. Though maybe not enough physically. With this train of thought a smirk appeared on his face. "You’re just like every other male on the planet. You have sex or naked women on the brain every seven seconds.” She'd poked him in the chest, he caught her hand as she was moving away put it to his lips gently kissing each finger. He considered what she'd just said. "I'd have to disagree with that... i dont think of WOMEN" He drew emphasis on this word, dragging it out a few dozen syllobels more than it should have. "I only think of you, no-one else. No other girl can hold my attention span long than... infact scrap that. No.girl.even.grasps.my.attention. Not since i met you. But the other fact you got wrong was not infact everyone seven seconds, its probably a hell of alot less regarding you,. He chuckled to himself, moving his hands up the back on her hoody, stroking her back as she clung to him. "“Don’t laugh because I’m vertically challenged!...Yeah, I think I have a fairly accurate idea.” She nippled playfully at his neck, he chuckled. "If you werent gravationally challenged would i be able to do this!". He carefully lifted her upwards, not that she could possibly hurt herself, he was just extremely protective of her. He placed her so his hand was on her bum and she was held at arms length over his head. He danced, fliped, twirled, never once dropping her. He threw her into the air, and caught her in his arms, looking down into her liquid gold eyes, he smiled. "Though i am immensely disapointed that you aren't taking proper care of your clothes, my only concern of course is you running out of them... what would you wear to highschool then... i wouldn't want those human boys looking at you." He growled playfully nipping at her ear. "I may be forced to eat them, any one you would like me to care of first, all you have to do is say the word and they'll be made into steak". He chuckled, a gleam appearing in his eye. He continued to hold her in his arms, cuddling her wet form. "So tell me about your day before i get to carried away, i may not be able to keep my hands off you for much longer so i'd get a word in why you can!" Growling seductively in her ear. How he managed to draw a two syllable word to the length of one with fourteen syllables, Indie would never know. It was a hidden talent of his that never failed to amuse her, even when he was stretching out the word women. She ducked her head out of habit as CJ went on to explain that he thought only of her and that sex was not on his brain every seven seconds, but less. Eighteen years later, and she still hadn’t quite grasped the fact that she was now physically incapable of blushing.
Without her permission, her muscles twitched in response to his fingers stroking her spine; the same tingling that came with goose-bumps fluttered around inside of her veins until every nerve ending within her was on high alert. She became hyperaware of everything around her; or, more specifically, more hyperaware than a vampire usually is. His scent clung to her like a layer of soaked clothes. Sparks manifested themselves wherever their skin made contact. The rain smelled like frost without the sharp edge, and the mist it created ghosted over her skin from every single angle as the fat wet drops did their own job of soaking her through. Her clothes stuck damply to her skin, and though it should have been cold it felt warm. “Why does he always do this to me?” she wondered idly. “If you weren’t gravitationally challenged would I be able to do this?” “Wha-“ Her question was cut off by the sheer surprise of being picked up and tossed, turned, and spun. Her feet had never been that far off of anything solid, and the feeling was foreign to her. “CJ, put me down!” she hissed. She wiggled around in his grasp, trying to free herself so she could drop back to the ground. Sure, she trusted him, but she also didn’t like being played with as a child plays with a rag doll. She opened her mouth to throw another protest his way, but he decided at that moment to see just how easily she could defy gravity. “I do not appreciate this!” she yelled, watching as the sky drew closer and the ground fell further away. Next thing she knew, gravity tugged her back down right into CJ’s arms. As soon as she realized that he wasn’t going to toss her back up, she reached up and smacked him in the back of the head. “You deserved that.”Indie giggled when his teeth grazed over her ear. “Don’t eat Newton. Edward Cullen informed me that you’d have hairballs afterwards.” She snuggled into his chest, trying to make herself comfortable. It was a proven fact that he wouldn’t be putting her down anytime soon. “My day was immensely boring. I don’t know why I go back every day; I’m only learning stuff I already know. And about not keeping your hands off me for much longer,” She prodded at one of his hands, currently being used to hold her in place. “I’d say you lost that battle about five minutes ago.”- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Posting with- CJ <3 Listening to- TV Word Count- 511 Notes- nadda[/blockquote]

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the World"
"And about not keeping your hands off me for much longer, I’d say you lost that battle about five minutes ago.” . He barely felt it when she prodded her, a slow grin appearing across his face. "Oh really, i could keep my hands off you as long as i wanted to,! With that he dropped her, knowing she wouldn't hurt herself. He chuckled to himself as he watch the clear shock appear on her features, but kept his face controlled and blank, walking four long strides away from where he'd dropped her, he stopped. Looked up to the sky, knowing she'd be watching him, glaring at this point probably. He loved nothing more than tormenting her, it was testing his willpower not being near her when she looked so irresitible but he imagined that it wasn't to good for her not being in his arms, at least he hoped that. He flexed his muscles stretching upwards groaning, shaking his still perfectly styled hair. He'd had plenty of time to work on his muscles being a vampire, not that he'd needed to really after working on the ranch. He adjusted his grey soaked joggers so that the rim of his boxers were showing at the top- Calvin Klein of course, just because he's a vampire didn't mean that his fashion sense would suffer and he would become behind in the times. Eternal damnation had its positives. His bare feet drowning in the puddle surrounding him, there was no need for shoes it would be a different story if he was out in public, he'd seen a nice pair of Lacostes in a catalogue Indie had brought him. He dropped down not caring that it was terrential rain that gave Forks its name of being the wettest place of the connitnental US. He stretched out lying on his back, putting his hands behind his head knowing his muscles would be on perfect display. He chuckled outloud this time. "Lets see how long you can stay away from me... on second thought i'll be left here all year" He trailed off grinning. He wasn't sure who at this point would cave first, he just had to keep his focus. He turned his attention to the clouds, watching each droplet of rain falling from the black heavens become a victim of gravity and falling down to Earth, the leaves rustling above him, he studied each leaf in depth with his perfect vampire vision. Being unceremoniously dropped was enough to earn the annoyed growl that rippled from her throat before she even hit the ground. With the wonderful vampire speed that she possessed, Indie managed to get her legs under her and land in a crouch. Her expression clearly asked “What the hell?” Too bad he had his back turned and probably didn’t see it. She flopped down onto the wet grass, brushing strands of hair away from where they stuck to her forehead and got into her line of vision. She huffed, crossing her arms stubbornly over her chest and raising her chin defiantly. “You really don’t want me to come back tomorrow, do you?” The words came out conversationally, like she was inquiring about the weather rather than something vastly more important.
Of course, being CJ, he had to start showing off. With a roll of the eyes, she turned her head to the side and focused on one of the many trees that bordered the clearing. She took to counting the number of raindrops that dripped from the low-hanging branches, the consistent plopping lulling her into a trance. It was probably the closet that she’d gotten to sleep in eighteen years. The sound of something relatively heavy falling to the ground snapped her out of her dazed state, and she turned to see CJ sprawled out on his back in the middle of a puddle. "Let’s see how long you can stay away from me... on second thought I’ll be left here all year" She stretched out her leg to nudge him in the ribs, then stopped when two things occurred to her. The first was that, by kicking him for his annoying egotistical behavior, she’d only be proving him right. The second was that she was too far away anyways. She may be a vampire, but she wasn’t made of elastic. Setting her jaw, Indie turned her head stubbornly away from him to keep from doing something stupid.
Edward Cullen was brought into the picture, and Indie bit down harder on her back teeth to the point where she feared cracking the enamel. Her eyes narrowed as she slowly turned her gaze back to him, settling into a glare as she met his face. “Don’t do this now.” she warned in a low voice. “He always does this. Every time I mention some other guy he either takes it that I’m interested or goes on to boasting. I’m really not in the mood right now.” She knotted the fingers of her right in her hair close to the scalp, very tempted to start pulled her hair out by the roots. No, correction. What she really wanted to do was rip CJ’s hair out by the roots, considering it would serve the duel purposes of ruining his most prideful feature and exhausting her frustration. Sighing, she let herself fall back to the ground and threw her arm over her eyes, trying to ignore the soggy grass tickling the curve of her ear.
“You’re still in the dog house, no matter how romantic you try to be.” Indie grumbled, making a face when drops of water that weren’t the current falling rain assaulted her face. CJ’s next comment gave her the idea that he had something to do with her sudden sopping wet appearance, but she didn’t feel like opening her eyes. If she did, she’d either completely forgive him or get even angrier; her current state, with frothing anger that fizzled just beneath her skin, satisfied her. She was in no mood to change her state of being.

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the World"
“Don’t do this now. You’re still in the dog house, no matter how romantic you try to be.” . CJ froze for a minute, the laughter that had been bubbling inside him, expanding filling his osophicus jumping to break free died immediatly at these words. He became quiet. Concern clear on his face, no matter how much he loved to torment Indie, tormenting her to the brink of insanity. He never liked to upset her, or make her that angry. He looked at her form lying back on the grass, eyes closed. He could see her brow furrowing, she obviously in deep thought and immensley frustrated. He quietly sprung to his feet, making his way over to her. The rain had softened slightly, instead of feeling like pelting stones (not that, that would have hurt them) it had turned to gentle shower for the time being. He stood a foot away from her, lowering himself back onto the ground. She'd hear him, of course she would. Once down he rolled onto his side, looking at her. Gradually he moved himself till his torso was moulded into her side. He moved his hand towards her cheek, gently carressing it with his thumb, her skin was so soft under touch before stroking her saturated hair. He lay like this for sometime, listening to the wind howl. the leaves rustling and the distinct sound of every individual minute rain drop connecting with the Earth. He moved her arms which she had thrown over her face. "Hey..." his voice scaresly above a whisper murmered. "You know i didn't mean it." He shifted his weight, moving himself so he was over the top of her, one each side of her head, legs straddling over her allowing no weight to rest on her. He moved his face closer to hers, treating her like a statue, gently rubbing his nose on her own, before moving down her jaw line until meeting the hallow between her ear and jaw. He delicately planted a kiss, tracing her jawline with his kisses, repeating this pattern over and over again. Eventually moving onto her face, gently kissing her chin, then onto her cheeks, her forhead then tracing down the bridge of her nose before carefully kissing the tip of her nose, finally meeting her lips. There was no hunger in his lips, just remorse and emotion. "You... know... i... love...YOU" he murmered inbetween kisses, bracing himself to look at her face. "Indie, if it made you happy i would go BALD, i would dye my hair green. Anything.". After this statement he stayed still, hovering above her, listening to the argument between mother nature and the heavens, the rain which he hoped was over for good had returned with a firery vengence. Thunder clapped in the now black sky, lightning forking the sky, this was responded with a cry of outrage from the thunder. This commotion happened over and over again. Yet he paid it little attention, all his face on her, gently running one of his hands down her side- stroking the slight gap of skin shown between her hoodie and jeans hoping she would open her eyes and meet his own crimson red eyes with her much softer liquid gold gaze. tag: Indie (L)wordcount:505Listening to: Youngbloodz-Imma shinenotes: Its ok, i was beginning to get concerned *chuckles* i thought maybe you'd caught swine flu off that owl pellet disection in biology. then i remember owls aren't pigs. *sigh* dear lord. The temptation to peek and see what the hell CJ was doing gnawed at the little vampire’s brain, much like the way the rustling noises CJ was causing gnawed at her eardrums. Thankfully, she didn’t have to battle with the urge to take the quickest glance long before she felt his chest press against her side. She toyed with the idea of rolling away from him- he was still in the dog house, after all- but discarded it upon realizing how heartless that would seem. She’d learned some time ago that, despite contrary belief, vampires still had hearts that could feel and flutter up into their throats or sink down into their stomachs like lead on water. Basically, the organ was now good for everything but pounding out a steady little beat.
The temptation to nip at his wrist when his hand moved to stroke her cheek just couldn’t be fought off. She made sure that her teeth grazed the skin enough that the action would have left a red mark had he been human, but not enough that it would cause pain to a vampire. If asked, she would simply blame it on the vampire instincts that took over from time to time; the vein in the wrist was one that carried a fair amount of blood, though the fact that he didn’t have flowing blood kind of made that point a little moot.
Her thoughts struggled to grasp back on reality when the arms covering her face were suddenly moved away. The fifth sense that Indie had been blocking came back in a rush of colors and textures and crystal clear HD clarity that TV companies couldn’t possibly hope to imitate. It was enough to make her blink once in surprise; usually she’d had at least a few seconds to prepare herself for the stimulus about to greet her retinas. She blinked dumbly once more at CJ, who loomed just within reach above her, before her eyebrows knitted together in confusion. What had she said that had turned his playful jitters into waves of worry?
“Are you sure you’re not a girl?” she questioned, eyeing him suspiciously. “You have more mood swings than I did when I was able to PMS.” She chose to ignore his statement about knowing that he didn’t mean it. He knew that. He was even pointing it out to her, which proved that he knew that she knew he didn’t mean it. Why bother acknowledging something they both knew?
He went about finding any form of physical contact he could that didn’t require the removing of articles of clothing, whether it be kisses or brushing skin across skin. Either way, the result proved the same; sparks flew through her veins, the same feeling as goose bumps except intensified tenfold. Before she even realized what she was doing, her arms had snaked around his neck to draw him closer, giggling at his choice way of declaring his undying love and need to make her happy. “Seeing you with green hair would be amusing,” she commented, peering up through her lashes at him. A mischievous gleam had worked its way into her eyes; a smirk had taken hold of her lips. That is, when CJ wasn’t busy taking them all for himself. Idly, Indie twined her fingers through his hair, tugging just the way she knew he liked, before continuing. “Though seeing you bald would just be a shame to both human and vampire kind alike.”
With that said she tugged him down and pressed her lips to his, always more gently than he did with her. She hated to admit it to herself, but she was hopelessly addicted to the taste of him.

"To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the World"
“Are you sure you’re not a girl? You have more mood swings than I did when I was able to PMS.” he pulled away from the lip lock she had pulled him into, a playful growl slipped through his lips. "I think if ANYONE is going to know what gender i am young lady, it would be you!" a playful spark lighting up his eyes. "But then again maybe you should make sure, you never know. You have to be certain about these things!" a smirk appearing on his face. He lowered his head down to meet hers, his lips gently brushing against hers. Her hands had knotted in his hair, he felt her tug it. He moaned. "Are you purposely trying to torture me tonight," he whispered, only moving herlips a millimetre away from his own. It was a little mind blowing kissing Indie, he couldn't think of anything else, anything but getting closer to her. His lips met hers again, his senses were startling, he was little aware of what was going on around him, yet very aware of the little vampire underneath him. This position really wasnt working for him, if he got any closer he'd end up squishing her. "Hold on tight wonder women!" he chuckled to himself. When he was sure she was secure around his neck, he bracked his arms either side of her. "Ready?" he murmered his lips were still on hers so the sound came out a tad muffled, but he knew she'd get what he meant. Without waiting for a reply his bunched up arms pushed them both upwards, "maybe he'd used a tad to much power? though his lips had not left hers he could feel them going higher and higher, near the tops of the tree's. It felt magical, something out of this world, hanging there with her. Gravity grabbed a hold of them bringing them down to Earth, he laughed as he knew it would be his legs that would meet the Earth, her's wouldn't. The velocity at which they were travelling down to Earth would have shattered every bone in a humans body if they had attempted this feat. Yet CJ landed nimbly on his toes, his lips never once leaving Indies. He dropped down onto the grass, Indie still in his arms, her chest against his. He crossed his legs gently placing her on them before moving his hands to the small of her back resting them on the skin on display. "See what did i tell you about getting your clothes wet, they get shorter," rubbing the warm skin on her back in gentle circular movements, he could have sworn he felt a shiver go through her, or maybe that was just him. "Not that i'm complaining in the slighest, honest!". He opened his eyes looking around him for the first time, yet his lips didn't leave hers. He could see each intricate particle of rain drops that had latched on to his eyelashes, the thunder and lightning had disapersed, much like the previous tension between the couple. A moan escaped his lips, if he'd been human he probably would have blushed before covering it up with some remark. Even though he couldnt blush, he could still make some form of remark. "Do you enjoy making me moan," he grumbled removing his lips from hers ever so slightly. "It is rather embarresing you know, how little willpower i have to resist you, my body seems to have a mind of its own when im with you" tag: Indieee (L) wordcount: 624 notes: la la la, any excuse to avoid pegging out the washing [/blockquote][/blockquote]

"I think if ANYONE is going to know what gender I am young lady, it would be you! But then again maybe you should make sure, you never know. You have to be certain about these things.” Indie shot his playful growl right back at him before he effectively cut her off with a kiss far more gentle than his usual… preference, maybe? She giggled when he pulled back- as little as he could possibly manage, as it turns out- to ask if she was purposely trying to torture him. “Of course I’m not doing this on purpose,” she insisted, trailing her fingertips along his cheek. “This, though,” She shifted just enough to press her knee into his groin. “This is totally on purpose.” Her fingers curled around the back of his neck, pulling his mouth back down to hers. If he was allowed to torture her with those damn lips, than she was certainly allowed to do her damndest to get even.
“What are you going t-” He cut her off again, though in a completely different way this time. The ground leapt away from her, and she growled against CJ’s lips. “Did you really just do what I think you did?” Talking with limited the use one’s lips should have been more difficult than it actually was; she blamed her devious talent in that field to CJ and his lack of knowledge concerning the words “personal space.” She felt rather than saw him rock back a little, and she realized with vague clarity that gravity had done its deed and pulled them back down to the ground. Gravity appeared to want to do more than simply bring them back to earth; apparently it wanted CJ on his ass with her straddling him.
With a huff, Indie pulled back from the intoxicatingly annoying vampire who never seemed to want to let her go, and she just looked at him for a second. Her eyes searched his face, trying to find some sign that would allow her to see the reasoning behind his insane, stupid, clingy ways. Warm fingers trailing over the small of her back broke her concentration and ripped a moan from somewhere in the back of her throat. She buried her head under his chin, exhaling sharply against the skin of his neck. “My clothes aren’t getting shorter, you idiot,” she grumbled. “It’s called riding up. I’m fairly certain you’ve seen skirts doing it a lot.”
Did she enjoy making him moan? That was a good question. One so good that it brought a thoughtful frown to her lips. A frown which only grew more pronounced as he went on with his statement. After a quick nip at the hollow of his throat, Indie drew back enough so that she could look CJ in the eye. “You think you’re the only one being affected here?” She rested her forehead against his, cocking her head to one side. “You’re sadly mistaken if that’s the idea you’ve wrapped your pretty little head around.” This close up, it was easy to let her vision slip out of focus enough so that the colors in his eyes hazed into an indistinct blur of red. A sigh escaped her lips after a long moment of trying to piece words together to sufficiently describe how crazy he made her. There were no words, she realized. No words to describe the way her nerves thrummed, or the way her mind boiled down to a bowl of pink mush, or the way her stomach twisted into knots.

"Theres no way to tear our hearts apart. Because its to late, theres no escape, might as well face it. Baby we're stuck with eachother. Theres nothing i'd rather do, that stick with you Forever.."
His nose skimmed her jaw, taking in her delicious scent. He felt the vibrations from her voicebox as she spoke. It made him shiver in pleasure. "My clothes aren’t getting shorter, you idiot, It’s called riding up. I’m fairly certain you’ve seen skirts doing it a lot.” he sighed heavily. Drawing back slightly to look her in the eye. Yet his hand move gently up and down underneath her hoodie, giving her bra a playful twang. "You have no idea how much i wish they were smaller... yet i haven't noticed many skirts riding up. I think i've been far to preoccupied with you..." tapping her nose gently on the end, laughing as she went bozz eyed. Before lowering his lips down onto hers again. “You think you’re the only one being affected here? You’re sadly mistaken if that’s the idea you’ve wrapped your pretty little head around.” she'd said. He gazed her for a moment. Taking in everything about her, her dark hair drenched from the rain, her damp hoodie, finally reaching her eyes. He gently lowered his face to hers, kissing each of her eyelids. He took both of her hands in his placing them on his equally damp chest. "If my heart could beat, it would beat for you. You and only you, no-one else makes me feel, no-one else makes me feel so frustrated at the fact that they still have clothes on..." he trailed off, growling seductively, taking advantage of where he'd placed her hands attempting to remove her hoodie. A loud rip echoed around the clearing. "Oooops" he froze, lifting his head slightly, his face resembling a small child being caught doing something wrong yet knowing they wouldn't get into trouble for it. An impish grin appearing on his face, his crimison eyes twinkling. "I am sorry... i didn't mean to rip it, i promise... though this does have its advantages" gently kissing her trailing from the tip of her shoulder down her collar bone. "Come here," embracing her softly, holding her in his strong arms, pressed against his chest. Her bare skin on his sent electric shocks through his very essence. "I know you might be annoyed at me... but i want to ask you something..." pulling his face back to look at hers. "I had a long chat with Emmett Cullen the other day while you were at school... and he helped me decide this..." he trailed off, the impish grin disapeering totally showing how serious he was about this. "Indie... how would you feel if i became a vegetarian vampire... for you, i will, if you want this." looking deep into her liquid gold eyes. He wondered how she'd take it, maybe she liked having time away from him at school... Maybe she preferred it like this... wordcount:502 [/blockquote][/blockquote]
