Isabella Marie Swan was and always would be a matter of controversey in the Cullen family. Or at least between Rosalie and Edward. It was wonderful that Edward was not the odd man out anymore, but the way he was achieving that goal was not, in Tami's opinnion, the right way to do that.
Tami was changed from a human to a vampire against her will, and most other vampires had similar stories. They were the prey that wasnt quite finished off by their creators. The Cullens on the other hand were very different. Edward had been dying from the flu, Esme from a suicide attempt, Jasper for his leadership abilities, Emmett for his likeness to another, Rosalie out f pity, and Alice was changed so she would not be killed by another. Carlsile was the only one that could say he was not dying or in a position where he would be killed when he was changed. He was just unlucky.
And here comes Bella deciding that she wanted the life of a killer. She would rather give up her humanity and live a life of lies rather than a normal life of joy with a normal human being. And after watching so many being transformed against their will Tami had decided that she could not agree with the human. She agreed with Rosalie. Plus, Rose needed at least one other on her side right?
So now here Tami waited, her strawberry blonde hair pinned up in a tight ponytail, her blue tank and jeans soaked through already, for Rosalie to come. No, she hadnt asked Rose to come and speak with her, and no, no one else knew about this, but based on the beautiful vampire's past behavior, she would come here to think eventually. That would be when she made her introduction to what could turn into a strange friendship.

One would think that perpetual insomnia would be enough to keep them away. Rosalie had been an adamant believer in this herself up until a few days ago - but apparently physical sleep wasn't needed. Usually night was a time of silence, a period of reflection. Assuming that Rose wasn't otherwise engaged with her husband, she was perfectly content to lie entwined with him, free of all thoughts. In more ways than one, Emmett Cullen was like her own personal gravity. He was there for her when he shouldn't have been, and he kept her grounded. Of course, it seemed as if none of this mattered lately. Stability wasn't strong enough to keep the horrible thoughts away; and this pained Rose greatly.
Tonight, the thoughts in Rosalie's head had taken on a whole new intensity. As the tall blonde gazed up at the ceiling, she wondered if it was possible for a vampire to get a migraine. Unable to remember having one in her human life, she decided that this moment was probably the closest she'd ever come to the feeling. Rosalie squeezed Emmett's hand once before sliding out the bed. Too distracted by the vivid daydream in her head that seemed to be on loop, the statuesque vampire pulled on the first outfit that she saw.
Considering the time and temperature, Rose highly doubted that she would run into any humans where she was going. Still, better safe than sorry, she reasoned. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught her full reflection in the southern glass wall. If there was one thing that was not affected by time or circumstances, it was her vanity. Rosalie briefly took in the way her floral skirt skimmed the tops of her knees, the way her loose golden hair hung perfectly to her mid-back, and how her gray v-neck hugged her every curve. Following her reflection up, she stopped on her face. Everything about it was identical to the horrible vision that refused to leave her alone. It was too much.
"I'm going out, please don't follow." The words came out in an unnecessarily harsh whisper. Really, there wasn't a solid reason for keeping her voice down - since everyone in the house was able to hear regardless. Feeling rather irritated, Rose turned on her heel and flitted down the stairs and out the door. Once her bare feet left the porch steps, she picked up speed. It wasn't like running would actually allow her to escape, but the feeling was better than being trapped indoors by the living nightmare.
For a few moments, Rosalie tried to focus on the present. The way the earth remained solid under her feet, the wind softly blowing her skirt and hair - these were a few of the feelings that never failed to calm her. By focusing on these things, she was able to unwind in time to return home before morning - usually. Rosalie's midnight escapades typically didn't involve others; especially not unfamiliar vampires like the one she suddenly smelled downwind.
Slowing down just in time, Rosalie entered the semi-enclosed center of the forest with a graceful walk. A Crimson, she noticed with a slight disgust. It took some concentration to keep herself in an upright stance, and even more effort to hold back the hiss in her throat. One of the Volturi? Rose shook the thought away faster than it'd appeared as she observed the figure that stood about twenty feet away from her. Aside from the female's similarity in hair color and obvious diet preference, there were a few things about her that stood out. Whoever this was, she seemed put-together, and she looked like she was waiting for someone. This was enough to peak the beautiful vegetarian's curiosity.
"I wasn't aware of the popularity of this location," she said suddenly, her voice tinted with sarcasm. "I'm Rosalie Hale. If you don't mind me asking," Rose paused to hold back laughter - the thought of her caring about someone who was in her space was almost too much. "Well," she forced a little bit of sweetness into the words. "what brings you here?"

Watching as the beautiful vampire ran out of her house, only a fraction of a second behind what was really happening, Tami waited. Relaxing back against a tree she kept shifting her weight, not that she needed to, but as practice if she ever wanted to interact with humans normally. And if all this worked out with Rose, Tami would be aroung Forks a lot more. She had already practiced resisting human blood, but she was not good at acting human. In fact, after hundreds of years of acting like a vampire she had forgotten how humans acted. Her gift came in handy at this point. She could watch everyday people interact, and hopefully learn from them.
It was the scent of the other vampire that snapped her out of her own little world. The tall, devastatingly beautiful blonde came into the clearing at a more than graceful walk, and stopped a few feet away from the spot where Tami waited for her. She knew that Alice had not told the others in the Cullen family anything about her besides the fact that she was not a threat. They knew nothing about her or her gift. But all would soon find out as she planned on telling Rosalie about it all.
"I wasn't aware of the popularity of this location," she said suddenly, her voice tinted with sarcasm. "I'm Rosalie Hale. If you don't mind me asking........what brings you here?"
Cocking her head slightly to the side Tami pushed swiftly off the tree she had her back on. Moving within a foot of the other she looked up and a tiny smile appeared on her delicate lips. Her size compared to Rose was very petite. Tami wasnt short, but she was small boned and almost fragile looking. She was not fragile in any way in reality. After watching wars and brawls and riots throughout history she was a good fighter, and she had partaken in the Southern Vampire wars. That was of no importance now though, so she decided that starting with her name, and a few other details would be a good place to start.
"To answer your question,I was, in fact, waiting for you." Tami paused here for a second before continuing. "Tamora Feauto, but I prefer Tami. And I already know your name."
Yes, that was a weird thing to stay. It kind of sounded stalkerish, and Tami was no stalker. She just knew everything about everyone. Not her fault now was it? As the words began to sink in she watched the facial expression of Rose to make sure that she was not going to attack her or anything. That would be a bad first meeting, and in all truth Tami was hoping that there might be some kind of friendship resulting from this meeting.
"Oh, by the way I am not a normal vampire. I have a gift, basically the opposite of Alice."
