Welcome to Bay Valley. Or maybe you’re passing through to go to the university or Crestwood Heights, whatever. Wherever you’re going, I’d like to advise this one little thing before you take one more step: be careful, dammit. I don’t know what’s gotten into these folks, but people from the Valley and the Heights aren’t acting the way they used to. Teenagers are being more reckless than usual, everyone’s cheating or keeping some kind of secret that could destroy someone close to them, and there’s a lot of scheming going on lately. I really don’t know what’s happened to the place. Maybe it’s your cup of tea, but it certainly isn’t mine anymore. Go enjoy the chaos; I’m gettin’ my ass outta here before I’m the next one hurt.
