The time is ten years after the events in Breaking Dawn and the Cullens are still in Forks The "children" attend the Fork's Community College while Carlisle still works at the Forks Hospital. Renesmee is now a teenager attending Forks High School and as far as the town knows, and to the envy of many, she's the newest foster child taken in by the Generous Doctor and his wife.
Things have been quiet for a few years. However even in a small community like Forks, word travels. Forks is seeing a migration of vampire's curious to see the family that made the almighty Volturi back down. With the arrival of a new enemy from the south the alliance between the Cullens and the wolf pack grows stronger.
The constant battle for dominance among the vampires of the south has awakened a sleeping enemy, these creatures move north driven from their old haunts by the Immortals battle. The Navajo call them Skinwalkers though they go by many names,
shifters able to take the form of one specific animal. They are Known by their red glowing eyes while in their animal form, the strongest of these shifters are equip with abilities much like the vampires.
What will this new influx of people and creatures mean for the town of Forks and the Cullen family? What new and exciting things wait on the horizon. With the light comes the dark. What then hides in waiting for the once sleepy little town?
