I decided- and Kate agreed- that Indie needs a mate. Her sarcasm is wasted on books, since they obviously aren’t living creatures. -__-
I’m… not… very picky… at the moment. I really don’t care what his name is or what he looks like, though I wouldn’t mind helping if whoever's going to make him gets stuck. The only things I kind-of want are for him to be A) a vampire, and B) like decades or centuries older than her. An insane knowledge of the vampire world, and the world in general, that was gained solely by being there would be enough to make Indie go into little fits that could probably end very interestingly.
That too.
And this probably wouldn’t be one of those relationships where everything runs smoothly and the cogs all fit. There’d probably be a lot of arguing, a lot of stupid things said, a lot of vampires getting angry, and then a lot of making up, a lot of teasing, et cetera. When everything works out perfectly the first time, then there’s absolutely no fun involved. |
